Policies

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the following policies.

• Scheduling: All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system or by direct contact.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. Please double-check the date, time, and service selected.
• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in before your session begins.

• Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without notice will be charged the full session rate.

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor other appointments. The full session fee still applies.

• Accepted Payments: Credit/debit cards or Venmo.
• Payment Required: Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. Appointments without payment will not be confirmed.

• Healing modalities offered are complementary and not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
• Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities before your session.
• All sessions are held in a safe, respectful, and confidential space.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our offerings, all digital products, services, and physical wellness items are non-refundable. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

• Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
