For over a decade, I’ve supported people in reconnecting with their own clarity, confidence, and strength—especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. What I do believe is that you already have the tools you need 

to move forward— it’s just easy to lose sight of them.

My approach is straightforward, intuitive, and rooted in respect. I’m not here to “fix” you. You’re not broken. I’m here to help you get out of the noise, 

listen to what actually matters, and start making choices that feel like yours again.

In addition to energy healing and intuitive work, I also integrate Ayurvedic body techniques—rooted in ancient wisdom but tailored for modern life. Clients often tell me these sessions go deeper than a traditional deep tissue massage, relieving tension in ways that feel restorative instead of intense.

I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, sort through what’s going on, and reconnect with what’s real. Whether you’re navigating change,
